KITCHEN YOGA SEQUENCE 2:
Pancakes, Poses and the Red Hot Chili Peppers (SNOW - Hey Oh)
In between flipping pancakes, moving the body is easily done. It's not perfect - the dogs are barking, my son pipes in thanking me for making him breakfast (how sweet!), and my body is creaky and crabby in the morning. Be careful not to get to close to the stove.
